Graduating from NewYork's Ithaca College in 1997, Andrew received his masters in physical therapy from one of the top programs in the country. For the past two years he has continued his education and career at the Chippenham Johnston-Willis outpatient therapy clinic.

Besides focusing on manual therapy, his post-graduate education has included emphasis on functional orthopedics and extremity rehabilitation. Andrew has developed an eclectic hands-on style of treatment, combining soft tissue and joint mobilization, as well as exercise that can be directed towards the acutely injured patient or those suffering from chronic pain.

Aside from his professional career, Andrew is a musician, an avid cyclist, and runner who trains year round. He has realized the benefit of exercise, manipulation and soft tissue mobilization personally, effective for those who have not had results with conventional means. Andrew is excited about the services Doctors Chiropractic & Rehab has to offer and the ability to contribute to such a dynamic clinic. His specialized clinical skills add yet another dimension to our dynamic multidisciplinary practice.

Studying dance since the age of seven, Laura developed a keen interest in the art of movement and decided to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
in 1982. Laura has worked in several Richmond area hospitals in acute careand outpatient settings. She also has experience in geriatrics and vestibular rehab.

Laura's strongest area of expertise and scope of practice is in the area of outpatient orthopedics. Having over two decades of experience, Laura's ability to assist patients with rehabilitation is exceptional. She strongly believes in the principles of exercise for musculoskeletal problems; and, with
special interest in spinal rehabilitation, she continues to learn current practice techniques by attending Physical Therapy seminars throughout the area.

Sara has been surrounded by the healing arts from a very young age while growing up in Richmond and on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. She developed a passion for being a professional and compassionate practitioner while working for her grandmother at Capital Physical Therapy, Inc. and later Optimal Solutions Physical Therapy. Sara received a Bachelor of Science, from Virginia Tech in 2004 and became a Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Medical College of Virginia in 2007.

Educated with the most current research, she has utilized her knowledge with her patients. Sara has focused her training in manual therapy and incorporating soft tissue and joint mobilization with functional and therapeutic exercise to help each patient attain their goals. She also has experience in vestibular rehab, women's health physical therapy, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. Sara is excited to share her skills and treatment philosophy with others.

In her free time, Sara enjoys Virginia Tech football and outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, and hiking with her friends and family.
